Betty is 88-years-old. She lives in a retirement home

            First she lost her husband. Then her son, who was taking care of her while she was still living in her own house, passed away. Despite the fact that she shows no sign of dementia, her daughter in law took the decision to place her in an "assisted living" ,an euphemism for nursing home, facility. In something not likely to be a coincidence, her house was put on the market and sold.
