'Nordrhein-Westfalen' is airborne since a little over 7 hours as flight LH796 on its way from Frankfurt/FRA to Hong Kong/HKG, cruising on flightlevel 11,900 metres over China's Xinjiang province on airway L888.

The mountain-range and the huge plains are part of the Tibetan Plateau, which on this clear and sunny day, just looks absolutely stunning.

About 3,5 hours later, the Jumbo would smoothly touchdown on HKIA's runway 07L.
