Stonechat - male (Saxicola rubicola)

            An afternoon spent on the Sefton marshes yesterday in the hunt for birds of prey was soon rewarded with a little low-hanging fruit - an obliging Stonechat close to the car park. Just a shame about it's desired choice of perch :)
