            I am not sure of either the time or the exact location, the picture was snapped in Berlin anyway, a stab at where is that it might be close to were the famous or infamous wall was there was a place in the centre where the wall once divided the street and on one side there was east German type traffic lights and the other side the was western traffic lights…

I loved the old dirty Berlin before they tidied up the east side… still Kreuzberg was pretty close to its old self when I was there some 10 years ago or so…
