Classic Space: Robots making other mechanicals an industrial complex making bots at a factory (Sci-fi LEGO MOC AFOL Hobby Photography) mecha droid build

            ...many are those who question if it is really clever to let droids make droids, especially since most bot factories are fully manned by droids... 

...some say all the bot rebellions and renegade Mech-gangs roaming the lower cities are due to corrupt programming either put their on purpose or as glitches happening while generations of  bots have made bots quite unaided by any human influence...

...because of these dangers robots that work in factories making mechanoids often have very rudimentary programming often only able to do the tasks necessary for production, this  can sometimes be costly since when something goes wrong at the assembly-line no one will react, they would sometimes just go one with their preset task...

That how you got some of the most famous "Freakenstien" bots like the Head-to-head roller and the siamese Lifter-pusher droid...

...some factories use re-captured so called "wild-bots" which are kidnapped free robots, alien roamer droids, cyber-goonians and so on, this is off-cause highly illegal and even though these  factories often lobotomize their slaves they are also more prone to rebellion...

...sometimes their will be factories infiltrated by freedom-bots or other terrorists who re-program the bots and machines to make a specific illegal droids...

...often these will have a covert programming that  can be activated by a preset stimuli...

when a factory-made droid sometimes make it outside the factory other droids refer to them as zombies or drones... 

some factories have been run by generations of robots that all was made in the very factory they live   in...
