Classic Space: a combined M-tron / Blacktron force meets a federation force inside a giant ships hull both sides with walker robots skirmish war (FOL LEGO MOC with Mech´s) Hobby toy photography

            sometimes the M-tron and Blacktron join forces agains the larger faction of the Federation, the Federation is by far the  most dominant faction in this sector of the galaxy, aside from M-Tron and Blacktron, there are different factions of freebooter pirates mostly living as rogues sometimes allying to form a large fleet that can challenge the Federation which is a amalgamation of the largest human business companies who  rule from  the capital planet in the  solar system where the human originated from...

People generally has no voting right unless they hold stocks or chairs in a company...

...another Faction that originates from the capital-planet are the Cadets the former rulers who was ousted by the Federation of Maga-companies... Now a day the hide out on smaller bodies in the oort cloud and smaller bases on minor planets...

...one the Tri-phone Empire was fighting over astro-turf with the  humans, but an uneasy peace has been in place for decades...

Except for these major factions you have loads of minor factions like Zombie-bots, lesser alien empires like the zourg and spiff kingdoms and loads of terrorist organizations which in structures look like porto-states and thiefdoms....

Then off cause there are the mysterious Time Lords, but no one seems to know  a lot about them... only that the seem to be pulling some strings like a puppet-master lurking in the shadows of the galactic Theater!
