            A Buff, Neck Gaiter or Scarfe.

You rarely see a motorcyclist wearing a traditional scarf these days.
The Buff has pretty much replaced scarves, being easier to use and wear and if you have a scarey face printed on it a buff is far easier to get in the right place.
