            Get up out of the chair and move your body today. Exersice of any kind wlll enhance a good mood, help burn calories, make your smile more, increase your sex drive, and most of all let you appreciated the current day instead of worrying over the future or past.  Without thinking and moving that body you often change your attitude, get inspired or just destress enough to click on that internal smile.  This fellow was at the beach which is a great place to go but if you don't have an ocean just a walk around the neighborhood will help.  So put that computer to sleep for a while today and get up shake your booty ,swing those arms and have a good day. Physical fitness doesn't have to be just for athletes we all own a piece of this universe with our bodies, hearts and minds.  Use it the best you know how.  Cheers.
