Overstap

Regio Citadis 4026 van RandstadRail is onderweg van Leidschendam naar Delft. Het bijzondere van deze Haagse tramlijn 19 is dat de lijn geheel buiten de Hofstad om gaat en direct van Leidschendam langs de rand van Nootdorp naar Delft rijdt. Bij station Den Haag Ypenburg bestaat een overstapgelegenheid van en op de treinen naar Den Haag, Gouda en Utrecht. Intercity treinstel 4030 zal echter zonder te stoppen het station passeren. De reizigers afkomstig van de juist gepasserde tram uit de tegenrichting lopen de trap van het station op en hoeven zich niet te haasten. De stoptrein zal geruime tijd na de intercity in het station halteren.

Over enige jaren zal dit beeld verdwijnen. De HTM-trams krijgen een andere kleurstelling met rode accenten en de Koplopers van NS staan op de nominatie om vervangen te worden.
