Portsmouth Navy Week tram - c1930?

            An old photograph of a Portsmouth Corporation Transport decorated/illuminated single deck car. The '1805' must refer to the Battle of Trafalgar, which is unfortunate as usually the year it was taking place was there. Looking at the clothes of the woman on the left I would say it is c1930 (the Portsmouth tramways closed Nov 1936), although the font used on the 'Portsmouth Navy Week' does look older. The people in/behind the tram look to have been (poorly) added after the photo was taken, IMO. 

The photo reverse has no information on and is an old photograph/postcard rather than a recent reprint.
