GEARS
Just use Page Up to shift up and Page Down, to shift down a gear.
REVERSE
Standard is to go down through the gears with Page Down and then use the Up arrow to accelerate.
RESIZE
Open the menu and choose OPTIONS>ADVANCED>RESIZE, the rest will explain itself. You will need to adjust the poses. Look at the SEAT section below.
SEAT
To edit driver position, go to Menu>Position>All. This will allow you to edit ALL the gestures instead of just one at a time. If you select Drive or Reverse individually, you will only be editing that position, which means you'll have to manually edit the other when you finish. Don't forget to choose "All"!
