True Balance - Multi Vitamin

Ein gesunder Mix ist hier sinnvoll:

Apfel

So stecken zum Beispiel Kalium, Kalzium und Magnesium, die B-Vitamine 1, 2 und 6, Vitamin E und Folsäure in dem Obst.
Äpfel sind außerdem ein wichtiger Vitamin-C-Lieferant, wobei der Gehalt je nach Lagerung und Sorte stark variiert.

Orange, Zitrone

Zitrusfrüchte enthalten viel Vitamin C, zusätzlich unter anderem Vitamine der B-Gruppe, Mineralstoffe wie Calcium und Kalium sowie Ballaststoffe.

Banane

Bio-Bananen sind gesund und leicht verdaulich.
Vor allem die Ballaststoffe Pektin und resistente Stärke sind in der Banane enthalten. Resistente Stärke passiert den Dünndarm unverdaut und wird im Dickdarm von Darmbakterien und unter Ausschluss von Sauerstoff abgebaut (fermentiert).

Bananen enthalten viel Fruchtzucker, weshalb sie vor allem bei Sportlern als schnelle Energielieferanten beliebt sind. Sie sind auch reich an Kalium, enthalten daneben auch Magnesium und Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 spielt eine Rolle im Eiweißstoffwechsel. Kalium ist unentbehrlich für Muskeln, Nerven und das Herz.
