Back Story .........................................

As you can see Pumpkin is talken up a big story.
"Please Please get this cone off my head, Please!"

And in fact that's exactly what happened today,
plus the stitches were all taken out as well.

Also something very cool happened this morning
at The Dog Palace. We'll get that soon enough but
first lets finish Pumpkins story.

She was telling me stories all the way to the dog doctors.
Once we arrived she just laid down, never moved and
never said another word. All the way back to the Nuns
Place she was happy and very quiet ..;-)

Tomorrow if I have enough energy Legs goes in for an
injection. In the sidecar there will be a big jug of water
and some rags. "Why" you ask ? Because she is car sick
all the way there and all the way back. She Pucks and
Slobbers ! No big deal cuz this is just part of the deal,
real easy to clean the sidecar ...;-)~

Monday if all goes as planned Tinker Bell and Little Stubby
go in for their injections. They're good riders so they can go
together. They keep quiet and are very obedient all the way.

OK, now we can talk about the cool thing at The Dog Palace.

The morning activities with the hooligans was over and I was
just sitting in the bingo room. Thai Buddhist meditation music
was playing on the mini player, Mama was curled up at my feet. Water was heating for a cup of tea when there was a
voice at the door. Turning I see a monk standing there with
a huge smile on his darkened weather worn face. In his hand
was a medium size plastic bag.
My hands immediately came up in the Wei position high on my
forehead and a respectful Thai greeting was performed.
He hands me the bag which was full of different fruits and says
something in Thai that I didn't understand. But the expression on his face told me the story that this comes from his heart.
Quickly he zips away as I sit back down at my table in deep thought. Wow how unusual was that ? I had only been at the
table a minute or less and another voice came from the open door.
Turning I see another monk standing there with another bag
filled with water bottles. The greeting process starts again
and soon he too zips away. Sitting again at the table I look down at Mama, she lies he head across both my feet and
doesn't move for the longest time, neither do I .
When I arrived home this story was shared with no# 1 wife.
We both agreed, somebody has put out the word about
the white photo man that stays in a tiny room at The Dog Palace. These two monks have been here only a short time
and came to show their respect. I am very humbled by this.
