This image could'nt be more english than that. These are indeed two of the symbols of England. The pub is located in Stow-on-the-Wold, in the Cotswolds ("The Earth of England"!), and it's name is The Queen's Head Inn.

Oh, and the Jaguar is a classic: a XK 120 of the postwar years.
