The National School, St. Georges, Upper Cam, Gloucestershire, England

            The National Society for promoting Religious Education was founded in 1811, to provide an elementary education for the children of poor people The British & Foreign Schools Society had been formed a little before, in 1808, with similar aims, but with less emphasis on religion. Both were initially funded by voluntary donations, but from 1833 the state began contributing as well. Most National schools were built adjacent to the parish church, and this one is no exception, being alongside St Georges churchyard. Built in 1836, and designed by Thomas Fulljames, who also built the vicarage, it is made from coursed freestone, and was converted to private houses in the 1960's

Fomapan 100 rated @ 400asa in Caffenol C, Instant Coffee Granules 20g, Crystalline Washing Soda 15g, Ascorbic Acid Powder 6g, water to 500ml. 5 mins pre-soak in water with vigorous agitation, 9 mins@21C, 30 seconds continuous agitation, then 3 inversions every 30 seconds thereafter.Epson V500 scanner.
