Crabs in Lake Illawarra - a photo on Flickriver

            I am still attempting to identify these crabs.
When we got too close they scurried down their holes.
They were living just below the high tide water level in sandy mud. There were mangroves in the near vicinity.
They were about 2 cm in size.
