Funkturm im März

            Der Funkturm (Sendeturm) wurde 1926 zur 3. Großen Deutschen Funk-Ausstellung Berlin in Betrieb genommen. Er wurde in Anlehnung an den Eiffelturm in Paris errichtet. Seit 1966 steht der Funkturm unter Denkmalschutz. Der 146,7 Meter hoher Stahlfachwerkturm steht auf dem Messegelände im Berliner Ortsteil Westend und ist eines der Wahrzeichen der Stadt. 
Ab 1926 wurden von ihm Sendungen des Hörfunks und ab 1929 die ersten Fernseh-Testsendungen vom Berliner Funkturm und die erste Fernsehsendung  weltweit wurde 1932 von dort ausgestrahlt. Eigentümer des Berliner Funkturms ist das Land Berlin.

The radio tower (transmitting tower) was put into operation in 1926 for the 3rd Great German Radio Exhibition in Berlin. It was built in the style of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The radio tower has been a listed building since 1966. The 146.7 metre high steel lattice tower stands on the exhibition grounds in Berlin's Westend district and is one of the city's landmarks. 
From 1926, radio broadcasts were made from it and from 1929 and the first television test broadcasts were made from the Berlin Radio Tower and the first television broadcast worldwide was made from it in 1932. The Berlin Radio Tower is owned by the State of Berlin.

La tour de transmission a été mise en service en 1926 à l'occasion de la troisième grande exposition radiophonique allemande à Berlin. Il a été construit dans le style de la Tour Eiffel à Paris. La tour de la radio est un bâtiment classé depuis 1966. La tour en treillis d'acier de 146,7 mètres de haut se dresse sur le parc des expositions du quartier Westend de Berlin et constitue l'un des points de repère de la ville. 
À partir de 1926, des émissions de radio ont été réalisées à partir de la Tour de la radio de Berlin et à partir de 1929, les premières émissions d'essai de télévision ont été réalisées à partir de la Tour de la radio de Berlin et la première émission de télévision au monde a été réalisée à partir de celle-ci en 1932. La Tour de la Radio de Berlin est la propriété de l'État de Berlin.
