Reflect... - a photo on Flickriver

Reflect...

            The Grad Snežnik Castle is a 13th-century castle located in the southwest part of the Lož Valley near the settlement of Kozarišče in the municipality of Loška Dolina, Slovenia. 

I had driven from Zagreb and I was not in any real hope of doing something that evening as it was a foggy late October afternoon. However, it was quite windy and where there is wind, there is always hope of carrying the clouds away, even if it is for a moment where the sun peaks out to light up the entire castle in its glory bookended by some phenomenal autumnal foliage.

Back in 2016, I was traveling almost every month which made looking at some of these images and posting them very difficult as I normally do not have the bandwidth nor the patience to sit for hours on end to go through all the images at once :)

Being outside is always fun, whether it is all by yourself or you have company at sunset by the waterside observing the cloud patterns and the colours...

I hope to do some this year, although how much would depend entirely on a lot of factors.
