S-Traveganza - a photo on Flickriver

S-Traveganza

            I haven't used it all that much, but to me the A. Schacht "S-Travegon 35 mm F 2.8 R" is a lens that encourages you to experiment a lot. It may not be the sharpest (or fastest) tool in the shed in the 35 mm range, but it has a really cool way of rendering the out-of-focus parts, especially when shooting close-ups or macro, where it is also surprisingly sharp for a non-macro lens.

It's a very solid, versatile and in some ways unique lens, that somehow just speaks to me!
