1974 VOLKSWAGEN Passat B1 LS Coupé Automatic

            The first Passat was launched May 1973. It was a modern front-wheel drive car at the time, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Ital Design.
This new designed Volkswagen replaced the rear engined 1968-74 VW 411/412 and the 1970-74 K70 (which was developed at NSU).
The Passat shared the platform, engine and mechanics with the 1972 Audi 80.
A facelift followed in Summer 1977.

890 kg.

New Dutch reg. number: Aug. 24, 2015.

I thought to remember this car was imported from Sweden.
