Burg [:Rappottenstein:] Castle - a photo on Flickriver

            Neben dem Speise- oder Rittersaal der Burg Rappottenstein im niederösterreichischen Waldviertel befindet sich noch diese etwas kleinere Trinkstube. Beide Räume sind mit Wandfresken dekoriert, die jeweils passende Motive aus der damaligen Gesellschaft zeigen.

Next to the dining or knights' hall of Rappottenstein Castle in the Waldviertel region of Lower Austria is this somewhat smaller drinking parlour. Both rooms are decorated with wall frescoes, each showing appropriate motifs from the society of the time.
