Dazzle - a photo on Flickriver

Dazzle

            A macro view of a shiny necklace and background with reflection, taken for the Macro Mondays group theme, "Necklace." The frame represents a span of two-inches across.

Strobist info: 
The scene was illuminated by two Nikon SB900 speedlights and a steady LED. The SB900s were positioned at 11- and 4-o'clock and fired in Manual mode @ 1⁄64 -0.7EV power (11 o'clock) and 1⁄128 power (4-o'clock), respectively, through Neewer 24" gridded soft boxes. The LED was positioned at 9-o'clock and was used to illuminate the background. 

The speedlights were triggered by PocketWizard Plus Xs.

Lens: Pentacon Auto 50mm/f1.8 with a 12mm extension tube attached.
