Gothic Manor

            "The Grange" in Campbell Town, Tasmania, is a Victorian rustic Gothic manor house built in 1847, for Dr William Valentine, one of Campbell Town’s most active early citizens. 
Dr Valentine established Turkish baths, acted as Lay Preacher at the Anglican Church, was instrumental in the construction of St Luke’s Sunday school, set up a reading room and library and built two pipe organs himself.
In 2007 "The Grange" was turned into a conference centre. It is registered with the National Trust.
