My neighbour reported a kōtuku (White Heron) at the boat ramp on the Avon River (about 100m from my house) so I went looking.  Couldn't find it on the 4km of river I checked.  Possibly Harry the White Heron that visits the Linwood Canal area each year.  But I did photograph this road cone in the river in the rain!

De-saturated all the colours (not that there were many) apart from the orange of the cone.
