Last year, I posted this in black and white because I was bothered by the orange chair. Monochrome does a wonderful job of helping with some distracting elements.

However, when I was preparing for my recent webinar, I found this picture and thought, "gee, the orange chair isn't THAT bad." And I do like the picture in color. So here you are.
