Originaire de New York, Vachelle Byron a grandi dans le plus petit pays indépendant des Amériques, les îles de Saint-Kitts et Nevis aux Caraïbes.
Dès l’âge de 7 ans, Vachelle se passionne pour le golf, virus sportif que lui a transmis son père, Leroy Byron , également un excellent joueur.
Son travail acharnée et ses compétences innées ont permis à Vachelle de représenter avec succès St.Kitts & Nevis dans de nombreux tournois régionaux.
Ces récompenses comprennent entre autre: « Sportive de l'année » décerné par le Ministère des Sports de St.Kitts & Nevis.
À la fin de sa scolarité, Vachelle retourne aux Etats-Unis pour ses études supérieures et parfaire son niveau de jeu.
Elle étudie au « Scottsdale Community College » en Arizona, où elle joue avec l'équipe féminine de Golf .
C'est avec cette équipe que lui a été décerné la distinction « All –ACCAC » , « All- NJCAA Région 1 » 6ème place.
C’est également à cette époque que Vachelle se porte volontaire avec son entraîneur pour enseigner son sport dans les écoles élémentaires.
À l'heure actuelle, Vachelle fréquente l’académie «Golf Academy of America » à Orlando en Floride, où sa carrière a atteint un niveau encore plus élevé .
Vachelle a récemment réussi son LPGA PAT et est maintenant une apprentie LPGA .
Vachelle continue à travailler sans relâche pour un jour atteindre son but intégrer la LPGA.

Originally from New York City, Vachelle Byron grew up in the tiny, sunny and exotic twin-island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. At the tender age of seven, Ms. Byron developed her love for golf, which was introduced to her by her father Mr. Leroy Byron, also an avid player of the sport.
With the honing of her skills and what many deemed as innate for her, Ms. Byron successfully represented St. Kitts in many regional tournaments both at the junior and women levels. Other accolades under her belt include; St. Kitts Ministry of Sports Woman of the Year Award and the High School Golfer of the Year Award.
Upon completion of high school in the islands, she migrated back to her homeland to advance her education, polish up her golf skills as well as take hold of any opportunities that were available to her with respect to her golfing, her first love. She attended Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale, Arizona and was also a part of the women’s golf team. It was on that team that she was awarded the All-ACCAC, All-NJCAA Region 1 placing 6th. She also volunteered with her coach, teaching junior golf at elementary schools. During this time she fell in love with teaching junior golf.
At present, Vachelle is attending the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, Florida where her golfing career is off to an even higher level as she recently passed her LPGA PAT and is now an LPGA teaching Apprentice. Vachelle intends to jump at every opportunity she believes that will advance her career and proficiency in golf and would definitely love to compete in prominent LPGA Tour events in the future
