O is for onion

            Hello my amazing Flickr friends !! 

Today is a yellow day at Color My World Daily and the theme at the fabulous *ღღ* Cosas de casa *ღღ Group is : something that begins with the letter 'O'. 
I must admit, it took me a very long time to find something so obvious as an onion lol ! I didn't want to go with oranges since, yesterday was my orange day. 

Luckily for me, Yellow Lady was making a vegetable soup and she needed an onion ! And that is when it hit me : O is for onion ! Awesome, dont you think ?
And since I’m on a diet (yes, I know it is at least my 10th time since the beginning of this year…but it isn’t the last for sure ;-) !), onions are pretty much my everyday vegetable I go to (very few calories and add lots of taste to tasteless diet food !). And guess what ? Onion is "oignon" in French so it still starts with an O, even in French !! However, it doesn't work in Polish: onion in Polish is "cebula"... 

So here, we have all the explanations for today’s picture. I hope you like it ! See you later my friends !
