Bad, Maybe--but Decidedly Beautiful - a photo on Flickriver

            Badlands National Park--2014

As can be discerned from my recent uploads, I've been going through old photos of late. Of my last 30 additions, all but three were taken at least 2 years ago, some as long ago as 11 years ago. Losing thousands of recent images as I did recently, left me bereft of more current fare (and a bit emotionally bereft as well).

This is from my 2014 trip to the Dakotas--a trip from which I'd uploaded 138 photos in the past, but this will be the first in years. I don't recall exactly where in the park this was taken--somewhere in the north unit.

I wish I'd made this a Pano by taking one or two other shots to the right (although there may have been something there to make it not worthwhile). Back then, I did not know how to create a Pano, though I did sometimes shoot a series of shots in anticipation of the day when I would learn how. I wish I'd done so here.
