late summer landscape - a photo on Flickriver

            This prairie field often gets misty on chilly summer mornings. I was often enamoured with misty sight as soon as I crossed the park entrance. There is a viewpoint ahead of this road. I usually stopped my car and enjoyed the view from there. This day, I parked the car at the park entrance and walked toward the mist. The mist wasn't the deepest here but was deeper ahead. I was drawn in. I thought this pathway would take me to the usual viewpoint. It didn't. It cut through the field. By the time I got to the misty spot, the mist had been cleared up.
