            The structure is built on the steep bank of the Scioto River, and its builders made good use of the area's abundant limestone when constructing the foundation.

All of the houses along North Riverview Street are currently endangered, as the city of Dublin plans to redevelop the area and the property owners recently filed a demolition request.
