Yosemite Valley Fall Colors - a photo on Flickriver

            I walked along the Merced River and took pictures of the fall color in a few different locations.  The wind wasn't allowing me to get perfect reflections, but I was able to get nice color in the water in few locations like this one.  This was taken near El Capitan where the river slows down this time of year.  I've never seen anyone fishing in the river, but while I was taking pictures here, a couple were walking along the river with poles.  I was hoping they'd throw their lines in so I could see if they had any luck.  I did see a few trout surface here.  I might have to try on my next visit.
