4007e high-stepping Snowy - a photo on Flickriver

Ellis Wetlands. rare sighting for this area. I have not ever seen a Snowy Egret here, but they are known to occasionally visit. They are considered endangered due to over-hunting for their feathers in the past, but are starting to rebound their population.
