Bereits Geschichte... - a photo on Flickriver

            ...sind inzwischen die Einsätze einer 218er am IRE 3 (Basel - FN Stadt). Nachdem am 26.9.23 die altrote JH 218 455 mit einem Bauzug nahe Salem fotografiert werden konnte, ging es im Anschluss einige Meter weiter östlich, um den von DB-AG 218 436 geschobenen 3065 mit der Neufracher Kirche im Hintergrund in Scene zu setzen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wusste der Fotograf noch nicht, dass er im weiteren Verlauf des Abends noch eine weitere 218er mit interessantem Anhang fotografieren würde...

After the old red JH 218 455 could be photographed with a construction train near Salem on September 26th, 2023, we then went a few meters further east to put the 3065 pushed by DB-AG 218 436 in the scene with the Neufracher church in the background. At this point the photographer didn't know that he would be photographing another 218 with an interesting appendix later in the evening...
