Diestelfink (♂) / European Goldfinch (♂) / in explore 20220912

            Nach der (Raps-)Ernte waren die Felder der Umgebung fast von einem auf den anderen Tag leer. Ungefähr zeitgleich nahm die Zahl der Stieglitze stark ab, zum Schluss kamen nur noch drei oder vier in meinem Garten vorbei. Dieses Männchen war dabei, aber seit vier Wochen habe ich jetzt keinen mehr bei mir gesehen. 
Um das Bild besonders detailreich sehen zu können, drückt die Tasten l (kleines L) und F11. Beim vergrößern nur durch Anklicken gehen viele Details verloren. 

After the (rapeseed) harvest, the fields in the area were almost empty from one day to the next. At about the same time, the number of goldfinches fell sharply, in the end only three or four came by my garden on a daily basis. This male was among them, but I haven't seen any goldfinch here for four weeks now.
