"Getting ready for Christmas" 'Please read my poetry'

            "Christmas Robin"
I'm a little robin, I love to hop and play;
with my red breast, I differ in every way;
Santa says he loves me, "and Christmas is the best;"
people say they love me, "oh, how I'm blessed."

This young robin was bathing in a puddle just recently, I spotted  the action! grabbed my camera and sneakily managed to get this image from my kitchen doorway. 
I was hoping to get a festive image today to post on Flickr. 

In my imagination, this lovely little young robin was making sure it was all clean and ready for the upcoming festivities 😉 
I haven't seen many Robins so far this year, so this encounter was really special. 


I took this image from over 10 metres away, so it's a little grainy, sorry.
