Calopteryx virgo (Linnaeus 1758) Female

            Llevaba cinco días en Galicia y no tenía ninguna foto de esta especie que me convenciera y a mediodía pude fotografiar esta hembra entre los helechos cercanos al riachuelo. No es tan vistosa como el macho y más esquiva pero pude llevármela en  la tarjeta.
En el Sur de la provincia de la Pontevedra (Galicia) España

I had been in Galicia for five days and I did not have any photos of this species that convinced me and at midday I was able to photograph this female among the ferns near the stream. It is not as flashy as the male and more elusive but I was able to take it on the card.
