            WEEK 39 – Toys “R” Us Closing, Columbia, SC (III)

From a landscaping island in the parking lot, here’s another view of the front of the building, where once again the neighboring Columbiana Centre mall can be seen in the background. (Specifically, that’s their onetime Sears anchor, now pulling double duty as a Dave and Buster’s in one part and a Belk men’s store in the other.) 

Also, I’m noticing that the “exit only” door is *still* open in this pic, which means it was likely open the whole time, which means my memory that the doorway from the interior was still closed off is likely accurate after all. Ha! :P
