            As Kermit once proclaimed, it's not easy being green.  As you saw in my previous post from here (in comments for those who didn't) at 5900 feet here on Mount Rainier its rough.  Erosion, gravity, wind, snow, rain, wayward hikers, whatever, causes everything to head downhill.  Life is birthed and then taken, then returns again.  This is the view of Van Trump Park from Mildred Point.  Look closely and you will see the falls above Christine, above Commet, above my previously posted Upper Commet, a twin horsetail that begats Van Trump Creek. All around you Mum Nature is frantically trying to grow grasses and flowers in the miniscule time there is between snowfalls and then it all starts again.  Life is short, be good to one another.
