Never far when in my heart - a photo on Flickriver

            Sunset on a cold December afternoon at Hengistbury Head in Dorset with my three children. A place I spent a lot of time at as a child myself...now pondering how quickly the years have passed since having my own. 

On days I complained to my mother about how tired I was, being a parent, she would always reply that you will never have this day with your children again, tomorrow is not guaranteed and so enjoy each and every moment with them. Now I sit in the place she did all those years ago and I fully understand her words.
