Summer Daze

            The summer of 2010 was full of good times for me, including several spur of the moment outings that resulted in excellent catches. One such example was this gorgeous late June evening. After chasing a westbound ethanol train with some ICE and SOO power, AJB and I happened upon this sunset shot as an eastbound K312 approached. With two AC44's at the helm, the empty coke train blasts out of Hicksville while the sun quickly approaches the horizon.
