Spot the Interloper - a photo on Flickriver

            An early 1960s scene, nearly, at Quorn on 17th November 2018, during the Great Central Railway's 'Last Hurrah' gala. A steam-hauled passenger train stands in Platform 1, while 'Peak' Type 4  No. D123 'Leicestershire & Derbyshire Yeomanry' trundles through Platform 2 hauling a rake of 'Windcutter' mineral wagons. There was plenty of interest for the diesel-operations, but an interest obviously not shared by the bloke walking with his back to the freight (bottom left). That it was a 'nearly' a 1960s scene, is due to the steam-hauled passenger train not totally, hiding the Class 319/ 769 'FLEX' EMU stabled in Quorn Yard, next to the 'Up' Line.
