O pelourinho é um monumento manuelino, contemporâneo do foral novo. O fuste é facetado, sobre quatro degraus e remata com colunelos que formam a gaiola, em número cinco. A cimeira é cónica e remata com uma esfera armilar.
A igreja foi do Padroado Real no séc. XVI. Na porta principal, entre esta e a janela da fachada, encontra-se o brasão, duas chaves cruzadas sobrepujadas por uma tiara, simbolizando S. Pedro, o orago.

Na parede Sul encontra-se mausoléu mandado erigir em 1641, túmulo do sapateiro e profeta Bandarra.
