Red Bean Chili - a photo on Flickriver

Red Bean Chili

            Supposed to rain tomorrow.
We'll see.

Recipe:
 1 tbsp.  Olive Oil
2 tsp. Adobo Seasoning with Pepper
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped 
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 can (16 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes
2 cups red beans
2 tbsp. tomato paste
Salt

Saute the onion with the olive oil and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Feeds 4.
