Your Guess Is As Good As Mine - a photo on Flickriver

I come from a part of the country where there is ONE hummingbird species, so ID's are no-braininers. This one was in Tucson, where there are numerous native hummers...and since it's a female...I have no idea. Any help with identification would be most appreciated.

UPDATE: With Major help from Jon Cormorant, it appears to be a female Costa's hummingbird.
