229th BEB conducts urban breaching training

            Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Fredericksburg-based 229th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team train on urban mobility breaching June 11, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The Soldiers practiced mechanical, explosive and dynamic breaching techniques and are currently conducting their two-week annual training period at Fort Barfoot.
