Beltica vor Mannheimer Hafen - a photo on Flickriver

The Beltica is an excellent viewfinder camera of its time. It was developed in 1951 by the Eastgerman Balda company in Dresden. In the same year the company had to be renamed because the company founder Max Baldeweg had refounded Balda in Bünde after the war. Then the Westgerman company was Balda, and the Eastgerman company the state-owned VEB Belca-Werk.
