This is a very typical house in my area, age undetermined. It is what I assume to be vernacular architecture, and it’s characterized by almost no distinguishing features, built probably for only utilitarian purposes. It does have a hipped roof and unadorned porch, except for iron railings—surely an added feature. The major attraction of this structure is that is has been so well maintained.
