I 've Found Noah 's Ark - a photo on Flickriver

            Photography is such fun. If you have a theme in mind, and with a little imagination, you WILL find the subject. (Thanks Hugo!)

As 12-21-2012 was approaching, I "frantically" looked for a subject that fit the apocalyptic scenario. Then I remembered a scene in the movie 2012 where John Cusack and his companions had gone all the way to Tibet to look for the modern version of Noah 's Ark. On my way back to home yesterday, I saw a structure that fit the description of the ark. 

Here in this photo, I stood at one corner of a traffic intersection and set up my tripod for a long exposure of my "Noah's Ark". A cyclist stopped at the near traffic light and smiled at me probably wondering why I was shooting at this unfinished gigantic structure. He is a non-believer alright so his image faded away in such long exposure. As you can see, there are staircases for pairs of animals to walk up and down the structure. Impressive, eh? Unfortunately, the ark looks incomplete and 12-21-2012 is tomorrow. So we are doomed.

Anyway, if I am still on my two feet tomorrow, I 'll reveal the true nature of this massive structure.
