Bimmer On Boat Ready Lane - a photo on Flickriver

            Long story short, I 've gotten this old new stock Fuji S5 Pro DSLR from a studio photographer in the East Coast and wanted to test out its Super CCD sensor. So I dropped by Alviso after work and saw this beautiful sunset behind the boat launching area. This green Bimmer pulled up and a couple of young guys popped out. They started taking some photos of their spanking new car with their phones. I made a  gesture to them by saying "nice Bimmer" and they thanked me for the compliment. As I walked away, I noticed the Bimmer looked really nice in front of the sunset and I love German sports cars. I walked back toward the car a little to make sure the young guys were out of the frame before firing this shot. Fortunately, I had preset my Fuji with DR400% which applied dual pixel for each photosite in order to boost the dynamic range of the sensor. Back home, when I processed the photo, I was stunned by the amount of lattitude in the highlight recovery. It was a good day of shooting with the Fuji.
