1895 Panhard and Levasssar - a photo on Flickriver

The Portuguese National Museum of Coaches (MNC) is located in Belém, a suburb of Lisbon along the Tejo River. The collection was formerly displayed in a much smaller space, but is now in a new, much larger building with excellent displays. There's also an excellent website, with the collection shown at museudoscoches.gov.pt/pt/explore/colecao/

This was the first car in Portugal, with a 2 cylinder, 1300cc engine and a top speed of 26 km/h.
